This marina is associated with a condo development and the majority of slips are owner occupied. Covered slips with power and water but otherwise limited facilities. There is a fuel dock and dog park for small dogs on the condo grounds. Just off the channel but well protected from wind and wake. Trying to get established again. Brenda manages the facility.
